Welcome to Township Meats, LLC. We are a registered mobile slaughter and processing service and run a wild game processing shop in the rural Janesville, WI area.
We are excited to announce that we are accepting whole carcass deer, clean trim, and quarters for a third year. Other wild game will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Update 12/27/2025: Walk in cooler is open and available for drop off, and we are still accepting whole carcass deer!

DEER PROCESSING:
Update 12/27/2025: Our walk in cooler is on for drop offs and we are still accepting whole carcass deer! We do not have any set hours for the Holiday Hunt.
NEW this year, we are hosting a self-service CWD sampling kiosk between our processing shed and our walk-in cooler. Check out our Deer page or FAQ for more information.
MOBILE SLAUGHTER AND PROCESSING:
We are registered in the state of Wisconsin as a mobile slaughter and processing unit. Whether you have beef, hogs, small ruminants, or bison/elk, if your facilities can accommodate our truck, we can service you! We will begin scheduling the first of January, 2026--stay tuned and don't hesitate to contact Lily with any questions.
